This place is just lovely! The rooms are cozy with super comfy beds and endless tea & coffee, always spotlessly clean. The restaurant is fantastic with great food, friendly staff, and a manager who goes above and beyond. The bar is well-stocked and comfortable to relax in, and the location is excellent.
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were lovely and clean with comfy beds, and the restaurant served delicious food with exceptional staff. The noise from the main road was a bit bothersome, but the location was brilliant for exploring the city center. Overall, a great experience with a few minor drawbacks.
The hotel is in a convenient location near the old city walls, just a short walk away from the center of York and its attractions. While there was some traffic noise, it was not as much as expected. The room was excellent, and the full English breakfast was delicious with plenty of choices. However, the front-facing room could be noisy in the afternoon, and the area is on a busy road.
